I want to start by appreciating the customer service team at Ladfen — they are super fast and incredibly helpful! I had a question because I was a bit confused, and they replied to my email the very same day, guiding me through everything.
As for the toothbrush — I absolutely love it! You don’t need to charge it every week, it cleans amazingly well, and it’s gentle so it doesn’t hurt. It’s very easy to use, and I’m even thinking of buying 8 more to send backhome to my mom and siblings.
It really means a lot to me because I truly care about my teeth.
Absolutely love this toothbrush and the whitening bristles. My teeth feel like they’ve been scrubbed really well and they look better. The app is great to get the settings exactly how you want them. My dentist and hygienist have both switched and also recommend this toothbrush now in their office.
I love the design of the toothbrush. The only thing I don’t like much is that the brush oscillation moves the whole brush handle when brushing. Its not easy to move around the brush. There should be a joint mechanic that won’t affect handle. Overall love the toothbrush.
I’ve had an electric toothbrush for several years. This is a replacement and I like the speed and motion of this brush, i especially like the option of the two different brush heads.
I found after three or four days of using the Lathan with the gum, friendly brush that there was some sensitivity along the gum lines of too much pressure. I gave my husband the toothbrush with a new brush head and he has been using it and loves it so I guess the vibration was just a little too intense for my sensitive gums.
I like the toothbrush's compact design, the brushing movement and my ability to custom control the brushing intensity. I especially like the 30 sec notification.
I do love this toothbrush however this is my second one in only 2 years. My last one would not hold a charge for long anymore and needed replacement. Unfortunately I find with most products there is only a year warranty which I feel if you stand behind your product and are confident in it then at the very least should be 2 or even a 3 year warranty. We work hard for our money shouldn’t you at least work as hard earning our trust and our money?
Beautiful brush but hard to get used to. Splashes a lot if you don't keep your mouth closed. Does a great job though. Very sleek design and easy to keep clean.
Had a previous laifen wave for 1 year and loved it! It didn't have a cover at the bottom and I didn't bother wiping it after rinsing so I think the battery part at the bottom of the toothbrush had too much contact with water. However I loved the feel of the toothbrush and I ordered two of these and love the green colour!

Worth the wait! Had to return the first and the second toothbrush as the battery would not charge. Laifen was on both returns quickly. Ordered the Green Special Wave and have not looked back. Gently cleans teeth to a smooth, clean finish. Absolutely the best toothbrush I've ever owned.

What if my new Laifen Wave Special won't turn on?The toothbrush may need to be charged before use.Typically,the indicator light will turn on after 5-10 minutes of charging, and the toothbrush will fully charge in ~3 hours (the indicator light will turn solid green). lf there are any problems with the product, please contact csteam@laifentech.com.
How often do the brush heads need replacing?
We recommend replacing the brush head every three months or if the bristles become deformed.If the brush head is damaged in any way, please replace it immediately.
