Love the intensity, light weight and low noise level. I am always straightening my hair as it is pretty wavy if I only blow dry it. This ionic hairdryer does the job of a straightener, especially if accompanied by professional ionic hairbrush, literally no need for any other devices. Very happy with this discovery.
Heating element stopped working after 2 years. Understand that warranty expired after 1, but not even a courtesy reply from customer service as to suggestions on how I may fix it. Was super when it worked, however, for the price you would expect a more durable product and better service.

Great dryer, but missing some value I really enjoy using the Laifen hairdryer! It performs exceptionally well. However, I was disappointed that it didn’t include a storage bag. To make matters worse, I received a promotional email from Costco just a week after my purchase showing the exact same model for the same price, but it included a storage box. While the product itself is 5-star quality, the lack of value compared to other retailers at the same price point is why I’m rating it 4 stars.
Never received my order in the shipment
When I press the red button on the power cable, it fails to lock in place and renders the hair dryer unusable. I would like to return or get a replacement if possible.

Dangerous product. My Laifen hair dryer as you can see in the video was purchased in June of 2023. It’s always been operated as per instructions from the user manual but there is an area in the nozzle that shoots out sparks. I am requesting that a customer service agent reach out to resolve this issue.

I know Laifen hairdryer is from my Bff, she is Laifen fans. When I try used the hairdryer on first time and I really liked it, the hairdryer is fast speed to boil dry hair faster, the design elegant with nice shape to hold on hand, the color is great too. I purchase 3 unit at Malaysia to my all lovely cousin, they all love it. When I back to Canada and I already purchase 3 unit as well to family and myself as a birthday gift.
I was so glad that I got it before my trip. Save at least half the drying time!

I'm in love with the hair dryer and I will be getting one for my sister. I personally don't have a Dyson to compare this to but it definitely makes drying my hair less of a dread and faster. The lower speed on the red setting is more than enough and the circulating function is great for hair that is a tiny bit damp. I can't say it does anything for frizz since my hair is bleached AF, but my hair is feeling better since it's less heat. I would recommend this to anyone

Love it !! Bought this for my daughter, we surprise the beautiful colour of the product , and I can see temperature indicate lights change in the mirror. Compared to my Dyson , the wind power feel like the same , but not that hot like my Dyson, very comfortable with the heat level . Most important, the price only 1/6 of Dyson. And it’s fast delivery, only 2 days from order to receive it. Ordering another one for my brother now!!
Love the design, color and the speed. But their delivery service never contacted me for not finding the address. So I initiated the inquiry because it’s not delivered in 7 days. The rest is fine. Customer service is fast. Oh there’s another one, they do give the refund for the product if you are not satisfied but then shipping fees is not included. Just keep in mind that. 😊
This dryer does everything it says. High speed, dries fast, and the negative ions really help with my frizz.
I love this hairdryer! It has a high flow speed and can dry my long hair in a few minutes. Three levels of warmess: cold, warm, and hot. Hot level is not too hot to burn my hair. Recommend this hairdyer.
I was contemplating about by the Dyson but decided on this dryer and from the reviews I am glad with my purchase I’ve been using it for two weeks and it dries quick. It’s not too loud I would add a recommendation of the cord being a little bit longer but outside of that, I really like it.
My previous two hairdryers ( one cheap department store and one from a hair supply store slightly more expensive ) were both tedious to use and took a long time to dry my hair. My hair is fine but I have a lot of it. I hadn’t heard of this brand and knowing how expensive the Dyson is and others I’d just made peace with another conair to get the job done. To my surprise I received the Laifen Swift for Christmas this week and just used it for first time. What a pleasure to have so much air flow and cutting the drying time in half. My hair feels as though I was at the salon shiny and silky . Very pleasantly surprised with this little gem. Hope it stands the test of time !
Bought it to try it out, and I honestly love it slightly more than my dyson blow dryer. There's not much difference in weight as I thought there would be but it is slightly lighter, for sure love the white aesthetic. My only wish is that the chord was longer. But otherwise, I'm so glad I purchased it.
This is a super powerful hairdryer. I wish it had one lower setting than it does. It is super powerful. The heat adjustment works well and doesn’t get too hot.

Initially, the price was the only thing holding me back but I dont regret that I went for it. I switched out my old bulky blow dryer for a Laifen plus diffuser for my curly hair and I love it! It drys my hair really fast on low heat,, feels much more balanced and lighter in my hand (I have arthritis!) and I love the red colour. The main reason i wanted it initially is I live in my van and it is super compact. I can't use it unless I find a power outlet, so having a really compact dryer for just those times when I can power it up, justifies the small amount of space it occupies! The diffuser dries my curls without causing frizz so it definitely is a step up from my old cheap dryer and the strong magnet holding the attachments on is so much better than the awkward diffuser attachment I used to have. It makes it kinda fun!
I love the two separate buttons for heat level and speed. Also, the no heat setting is wonderful for freshening up. The compact size of the head is great, as is attachment affixing by magnet. I feel so stylish just using it!

This Hair Dryer is really amazing, It's been two weeks since I got the swift and I'm already thinking is one of the best purchases I've done in my life. Starting from the packaging, beautiful box and perfect organization of all the elements inside, the device feels strong but lightweight at the same time and the design is absolutely stunning, well constructed and elegant. It works great, it takes only three to four minutes to get all my hair completely dried, eliminates the frizz in an instant, does not overheat and the best of everything is how quiet it is, as stated by the ads, you would only hear the wind. Waiting to see what other products Laifen is launching.
The hair dryer is excellent — it dries the hair quickly, isn’t too noisy, and is comfortable to use. One very important feature for me is the long power cord.
