After one use the heat no longer is working. We have tried unplugging and leaving it but it still doesn’t work. We also tried the filter which is still good and also other outlets and the heat won’t work.

Has a hard time drying my roots but I have very thick hair and I’m past due for a cut so I’m chalking that up to my fault. Love the way the cord moves with you as you use the hair dryer and the temp controls to protect my hair as I dry it! I find the buttons to be in an odd spot, about an inch above where I hold the dryer so I have to wiggle my hand up to reach them, not sure if that’s a me problem or just something about the design not working with my specific wrist position.
It's light weight yet it does my hair quickly and it's great for curls!
