This is a very good toothbrush. I’ve been using it for the past week and it cleans my teeth very well, and I can even feel it that I can reach in the very back of the mouth where the other toothbrushes could not. I even went to see my hygienist for a routine cleaning and even she was surprised at how well this cleans. I asked do my teeth look good and she said your teeth look good. And she looked at my teeth and she said there’s still a little bit of plaque there. But most of it was gone, and I told her that I am using the plaque removal head. And she suggested that I could still play around with the app and the settings and try a different mode. So I can get all of the plaque off, but this is been a very good toothbrush. I have tried other electric toothbrushes in the past and they haven’t worked for me. This is the first electric toothbrush that is working for me.
I like this so much I may have to buy a second for travel. The oscillation along with the sonic vibration is a game changer. I just wish you could use the deep clean with the high frequency.
The quality and feel of this toothbrush is EXCELLENT!! It surpassed my expectations and it also does a great job. I got the clear black model and was worried it would be slippery if wet but it’s not! I absolutely LOVE this toothbrush. Highly recommend!
We like the brushes, the biggest downside is the brush heads, we have only have the tooth brushes for 1 month and they already feel like they’re cleaning substantially less. Thats scares me for longevity and cost.

Better cleaning, better fine adjustment tuning. and less expensive for replacement heads. The only drawback is finding replacement heads at the Canadian website, I wish more replacement heads to be more available, not out of stock.
I like it, price was awesome and I appreciate both vibration and oscillation. I like all the settings you can tweak in the app and how it automatically dries itself. I do wish that there was more things you could track other than how long you brushed for and having to be connected via BT while doing that. For the price though I think it's awesome
Overall, very well made and works superiorly. I would only say that there is not much special about the app. The brush tracker is really just nothing. It just tracks how many days you used it.

Toothbrush ripped a chunk of my gum out.
The brush heads are way too hard to be put inside the mouth and the gum care ones are not for sale, even though they are advertised.
That trip to the dentist cost me double what I paid for the toothbrush.

What if my new Laifen Wave Special won't turn on?The toothbrush may need to be charged before use.Typically,the indicator light will turn on after 5-10 minutes of charging, and the toothbrush will fully charge in ~3 hours (the indicator light will turn solid green). lf there are any problems with the product, please contact csteam@laifentech.com.
How often do the brush heads need replacing?
