Concentrator Nozzle

I am in love with my little hair dryer! Is not just beautiful, but very efficient. I use to invest about of 30 minutes drying my medium length hair with my old hair dryer (not including styling time). With this little one, only takes me 5 to 6 minutes. I recommend to buy it!

I wanted to return the unit as my hair is too fine. Well after contacting their customer service numerous times, no one has gotten back to me with a ship return label. They DONOT honour their 30 day money back guarantee. Their customer service doesn't care about you. They've got their money and you are stuck with the product. Good luck having a warranty problem. You are going to be stuck

Ok, you are asking for a review after only 2 uses. Wow first impression it is a powerful and excellent dryer! It blew me away literally LOL. My hair is shoulder length and natural curls/ frizz. I always prefer a smoother look. When left untamed my hair is short & up to my eyebrows haha... hence I was looking for a reasonable machine that is anti-curl and frizz. First time I used it I probably had it too hot and it dried too fast. I was left with curls and frizz and wasn't totally pleased. The second time was much better as I used it lower speed and slower. The use of it therefore is a learning curve and I promise I will master it. I love the product though. It's light manageable easy to use and the price is far superior to the Dyson competition. Hope that helps.

After being frustrated for years with run of the mill hair dryers, I read the reviews on this dryer and purchased one. Best purchase I have ever made. I wear my hair short, and the diffuser is wonderful. I can change the airflow direction easily, the magnetic diffuser makes it easy and is wonderful. My hair has never looked better or healthier.
